Service Technician VIC

As the Commercial Pool Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintenance and repair, troubleshooting, field service, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Pool Service Technician located in the Greater Melbourne Area.

The core duties will include: –

  • Completing reactive and breakdown maintenance work when required.
  • Water testing and calibration.
  • Assist in the pursuit of new service and maintenance opportunities.
  • Participate in commercial pool commissioning.
  • Provide customer support via phone and email.
  • Maintain accurate service records.
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships; and
  • Completing scheduled maintenance and service of all mechanical pool operations

Successful candidates must hold the following: –

  • Trade certificate in Plumbing / Electrical / Mechanical desirable but not essential.
  • Waste water / chemical treatment background.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Willing to participate in a rotating on-call roster (on call allowance provided)
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on regional sites during the week.
  • Valid drivers’ license.
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children check, or willingness to obtain one.
