As part of an upgrade to the twenty-year-old facility to meet current day expectations for an elite sports training and event facility, Commercial Aquatics were engaged to complete a full package Design & Construct to deliver the new hot and cold recovery pools.
The scope of works comprised Myrtha® structures, finishes, furniture, blankets, hydraulics & filtration systems. The filtration systems comprises ultra fine filtration units with granular chlorine and secondary UV systems. pH correction is provided via a dry acid system with secondary carbon dioxide. Pool heating was included which comprises of primary and secondary systems with titanium plate heat exchangers. The complete system is controlled via an HMI switchboard.
