The Ritz-Carlton development at Elizabeth Quay features a hotel tower with 204 luxury hotel suites accompanied by a wide range of venues and recreational amenities, as well as a separate apartment tower. There are five pools in total. The hotel tower includes a podium level infinity edge hotel pool, two day spa vitality pools and a residential apartment pool. The second apartment tower includes its own residential pool.

Commercial Aquatics were responsible for the pool hydraulics, filtration and finishes including all design works through Aquatic One. The pools themselves feature a very high level of features including automatic remco covers, fibre optic lighting, infinity spill over edges and are all fully tiled in glass mosaics.
