What was a carpark, soon became rubble as Western Australia’s first 6-star hotel, positioned over the Swan River, Crown Towers Perth was born.

Commercial Aquatics Australia were engaged on a Design & Construct contract for 9 different water bodies from a 1550m² multi-tiered 5 basin cascading resort pool, two 8m diameter spas’, a 30m long infinity edge VIP pool, 3 x lobby entrance water features with infinity edges and 2 indoor vitality spas.

We were responsible for the design of the pool structures and the complete package, inclusive of the design and construction of the filtration systems, pool hydraulics and finishes. CAA installed over 2.2 million mosaic, tiled stone wet deck grating, coping and overflow edge spillway tiles to create the largest resort pool area in Western Australia all within 5 minutes of the city.
