The Armadale Aquatic Centre project comprised of a complete upgrade on an existing aquatic centre comprising of the modification of the existing 50m pool including a new disabled entry ramp and tiling works. New works included the construction of new 25m, programme, leisure/LTS, Ashi-yu (foot bath) and spa pools, inclusive of structures, finishes and furniture.

New sand filtration plants for the 25m, programme, Ashi-yu and spa were included. The Leisure/LTS pool utilised an existing filtration plant (old 25m pool), with the existing 50m plant and splash pad structure/plant to remain untouched. The existing bulk chlorine gas and soda ash systems were utilised and expanded to service the new pools as required.
