As the Commercial Pool Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintenance and repair, troubleshooting, field service, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Pool Service Technician located in the Greater Melbourne Area.
The core duties will include: –
- Completing reactive and breakdown maintenance work when required.
- Water testing and calibration.
- Assist in the pursuit of new service and maintenance opportunities.
- Participate in commercial pool commissioning.
- Provide customer support via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate service records.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships; and
- Completing scheduled maintenance and service of all mechanical pool operations
Successful candidates must hold the following: –
- Trade certificate in Plumbing / Electrical / Mechanical desirable but not essential.
- Waste water / chemical treatment background.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Willing to participate in a rotating on-call roster (on call allowance provided)
- Flexibility and willingness to work on regional sites during the week.
- Valid drivers’ license.
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children check, or willingness to obtain one.
