Commercial Aquatics Australia were engaged to complete all the pool and water feature elements at the new West End Apartment complex, inclusive of;

• 25m lap pool, kids pool and spa on level 3
• Two off water feature ponds on level 3
• Two off penthouse pools on level 15

The pool scope of works included concrete structures, pad isolation to the pools, waterproofing, tiled finishes, furniture, pool lighting, hydraulics, filtration, and heating systems, with the main pool plant room located on the level under. The round spa, kids and penthouse pools were pre-cast structures and craned into position, saving considerable time on-site.
