Commercial Aquatics were engaged to complete a design and construct of all the pools and water features at a multi-tower development within the Perth CBD, inclusive of an apartment and a hotel tower. The 30-storey apartment complex contains a level 5 pool & spa, and a level 30 roof top infinity edge 25m pool.

The scope of work included all waterproofing, tiled and furniture finishes to the concrete structures by the builder. The level 30 pool further is an isolated structure, requiring the design to allow for structural movement accordingly. LED lights were also installed. Our works also encompassed the supply and installation of the associated filtration plant, water chemistry, heating & plant room electrical requirements in the respective plant rooms.
